Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Please note that all digital products are non-refundable upon purchase. Read the system requirements before purchasing. Once you have downloaded or accessed the digital product, no refunds will be issued. If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase, please contact our customer service team for further assistance. Thank you for your understanding.

There are only certain situations where returns are granted:

• Accidentally input unreasonable high amount in the pay what u want price ( like adding accidental zeros )
• Accidental Duplicate Order ( forinstance 10x instead of 1x )
• Unauthorized Purchase: If a user’s account is hacked or someone else makes a purchase without their permission, they would want to cancel the order and dispute the charge.

As merch items are printed to order they are also non-refundable and u cannot return them. Reasons like ordering wrong size will not be granted refunds,There are only certain situations where returns or free replacement are granted:

• T-shirt is heavily misprinted, faulty, broken upon arrival

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
